Hello!
Today`s decoration is something I`ve made the last year, only this time I didn`t use neon glitter, only the french.
This time I made the french and the black elements over matted gel using acrylic paints. And sealed the decoration with two coats of Bluesky gel polish top coat.
This is such a cool design - I like how it looks and the neons go well together along with the black designs :-)
