Again gel polish on natural nails.
The pink neon polish used is Bluesky gel polish N26.
On the index and thumb nails I applied Bluesky 504 as a base first and then sponged the pink on the tips.
Over it I made a stamping using Born Pretty BPL-021 stamping plate.
