My favourite neon wave is comming up now.
This gorgeous hot pink neon is Bluesky gel polish OS12, applied as a moon french in two coats.
As a base on the index nails I applied Bluesky 504. Then using the neon polish, I made the flowers and then just outlined them with acrylic paint and added some leafs and swirls. Finished with Bluesky gel polish top coat.
Nice moon design. Pretty pink and nice flowers :-)
